How long does delivery take, and what are the shipping charges?

What is your return and exchange policy?
Website purchases may be returned within 10 days of delivery if unused and saleable, subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Email customercare@thekidsmate.com with your order number and reason for return to get approval and instructions.
