What products does Kidsmate offer?+
Kidsmate offers tricycles and trikes, kids' cycles, balance bikes, e-bikes, kick scooters, ride-ons, baby sliders, sports products, toys and baby products. Browse the relevant collection to compare models and features.
How do I choose the right product for my child's age?+
Start with your child's age, height and ability. As a general guide, baby products and sliders suit babies and toddlers, ride-on car and Tricycle/ trikes suit toddlers and preschoolers, balance bikes suit early learners, and kids cycles and scooters suit older children. Each product page lists the recommended age and weight limit.
What is the difference between a tricycle and a balance bike?+
A tricycle has three wheels and pedals, so it offers stability and helps children learn to pedal. A balance bike has no pedals and helps children learn balance and steering before moving to a cycle.
Are Kidsmate products safe for children?+
Safety is a priority at Kidsmate. Applicable products follow Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) requirements. Check each product's packaging for its BIS mark, and follow the age and weight guidance, adult supervision and the supplied instructions.
Does my child need a helmet?+
Yes. We recommend a properly fitted helmet for cycling, balance biking, scooting and e-bike riding, along with supervision from an adult, especially for beginners.
Do products need assembly?+
Assembly depends on the model. Instructions are included, and we recommend an adult assemble the product before use. Products video will be available on our office youtube channel.
How long does delivery take, and what are the shipping charges?+
Delivery typically takes 10 days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code and courier service availability. Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. Contact us with your PIN code if you need delivery guidance before ordering. Read our Shipping Policy for details.
What is your return and exchange policy?+
Website purchases may be returned within 10 days of delivery if unused and saleable, subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Email customercare@thekidsmate.com with your order number and reason for return to get approval and instructions. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. For replacements, see the defective or incorrect product answer below.
Do Kidsmate products come with a warranty?+
